Course description
This course offers a practical look at the daily issues facing property managers including maintenance, accounting, administrative, and legal activities.
Course logistics
Class time will be 6 p.m. ? 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. ? 8 p.m. Saturday, 9 a.m. ? 6 p.m. Sunday, and 6 p.m. ? 10 p.m. Monday. The times for Saturday and Sunday include an hour break for lunch.
